Engagements are quoted before they start rather than estimated afterwards. Four services are offered for booking. Prices and delivery windows below are the same figures the server uses to validate a request, not marketing numbers that differ at checkout.
The price and the delivery window come from the service catalogue on the server. The browser never sends either, so the figure you see is the figure that is recorded.
Submitting writes the booking to the database immediately, before any notification email is attempted, so a mail failure cannot lose the request.
The booking starts as pending. Nothing is scheduled and no date is held until it is confirmed with you directly.
The fastest route is a booking, because it captures the scope in writing. For anything else, email works.
